Performance Marketing Intern (Google Ads)

About the role

Join Bravebits and get hands-on, real-world training in Google Ads. As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will be trained and work directly on live advertising campaigns and real company budgets.

What you'll do:

- Conduct keyword research and market analysis

- Set up Google Ads advertising campaigns

- Monitor and optimize key metrics: CPC, CTR, Conversion, ROAS

- Analyze advertising data and build performance reports

- Collaborate with the Content and Website teams to optimize campaign effectiveness

- Practice directly on the company's real advertising systems and budgets

• Born between 2003 and 2005
• Able to work full-time at the office
• A long-term commitment to pursuing a career in Digital Marketing
• No prior experience required - we train you from scratch
• Logical thinking and a strong willingness to learn
• Hardworking, proactive, and responsible
• Own a personal laptop for work
• Genuine desire to grow a serious, long-term career
• A plus: prior exposure to Digital Marketing, Google Ads, SEO, or Websites; involvement in clubs, projects, or part-time marketing work
